Magpie Room Co., Ltd. was established on October 18, 2016 by experts in creative design, with a strong specialization in restaurant design both in Thailand and abroad. The founders are also professionals in celebrity lifestyle concepts, as well as Thai and Western cuisine, aiming to cater to the evolving lifestyles of modern consumers.

The company was created to keep pace with the dynamic world, offering a fully integrated restaurant service from concept design to modern construction tailored to the needs of both Thai and international clientele. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience, leaving a lasting impression through the work of a professional team of restaurant service experts.

Born and raised in Bangkok where his grandparents held a small army of half a dozen cooks, Ou spent much of his early childhood in the smokey air of his ancestral home’s traditional charcoal fuelled Thai kitchen. It was there that his deep understanding of taste and flavours and his passion for cooking began.

Bon Tharapibarn

Chief Operating Officer

Natthawat “Bon” Tharapibarn serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Rongros Dining Group, where he oversees the day-to-day operations with a deep passion for the restaurant industry and strong experience in management. He believes that true success does not come from food alone, but also from creating a warm atmosphere, genuine service, and the strength of a united team.

With great attention to detail, Ball is dedicated to every aspect of the business from the work of the kitchen and service staff to the overall guest experience. His goal is to ensure that every visit to Rongros Dining Group offers not only delicious flavors, but also the warmth and comfort of feeling right at home.

Chef Aeaw serves as the Executive Chef of Rongros, bringing with her a lifelong passion for the art of Thai cuisine. Growing up with the flavors of authentic Thai home cooking, she has cultivated over 20 years of culinary experience. Chef Aeaw specializes in blending traditional Thai recipes with contemporary techniques, creating dishes that stay true to their heritage while offering fresh perspectives for today’s diners.

Dedicated to excellence, Chef Aeaw emphasizes the use of locally sourced, fresh ingredients, authentic Thai herbs, and high-quality seasonings. With meticulous attention to detail in both cooking and presentation, she strives to deliver a dining experience that captures the full essence of Thai cuisine its vibrant flavors, aromatic richness, and timeless beauty.
